4L.I.F.E. Ministries
 
For Christian groups, churches, retreats and events I wish to become available to share my love for LIFE, for my faith, for family through my original music and passion for teaching and running groups.  As a therapist I have dealt with divorce, addiction, depression and other mental illnesses, broken families and marriages, suicide, eating disorders, and the difficulties of teens for them and their parents.  I have a great marriage of 20 years and have been a Mom of six for over 16 years.
I have been the keynote speaker to one women's retreat in 2004, I ran three sessions around their theme of "Freedom in Christ".
Other topics I have presented or have developed:
  • "Spiritual Gift Bags"
    • Tools we have for discovering our Heart for God and dealing with the every challenges of Life.
  • "TEMPLE: Restoring Our Bodies by Restoring Our Hearts"
    • A day/weekend retreat or 9-week class to address the difficulties of emotional overeating, distorted body images and self-acceptance by understanding a woman's heart and our relationship to God. 
  • "Worth the Wait!"
    • A talk for teens about abstinence from a different perspective....protecting the covenant of their future marriage and the incredible blessings and graces God bestows on those who do!!
